Creation Ava offers exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy. Exchange requests must be submitted through the designated Yanet exchange portal on our website.

An exchange charge of ₹90 applies to eligible exchange requests, subject to our Exchange Policy and applicable law.
